We offer to all our new or usual customers, a large variety of excursions, tours and trips in the most beautiful places in and around Punta Cana. Do you specialize in any particular destinations?
While we love exploring the entire Punta Cana, all surrounding areas, most beautiful local islands….and almost everything in DR , we have certain regions where our travel experts possess in-depth knowledge and experience. Feel free to inquire about your dream excursion, and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can help you.
Do you offer custom travel packages?
Absolutely! We believe travel should be a personal experience. We don’t offer only one-size-fits-all packages, we tailor each excursion to your specific needs and budget (check multiple packages for our trips/excursions). For big groups please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How much does your service cost?
The cost of your trip will vary depending on your chosen excursion, travel style, desired activities, and duration. All prices are advertised on our website
What is included in the trip cost?
The cost will vary depending on your itinerary/activity. Generally, it includes, free transportation from / to your hotel, some meals (as specified), guided tours and activities (as chosen). We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of inclusions and exclusions for your specific trip. Please check every excursion details on our website
How do I book a trip with RAQUEL Punta Cana Excursions?
The easiest way to book your trip is to choose your excursion through our website, choose your packages/options where is specified, fill all the details required at checkout, do the payment and than we’ll do everything for you. For large groups, please contact us by email or through WhatsApp (English or Spanish) and we’ll discuss your preferences and create a customized itinerary. Once finalized, you can confirm your booking and make a secure payment online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal transactions and/or other methods of payments which can be added anytime. All these are secure methods of payment online.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific services booked and the timeframe before departure. Our Policy can be found under T&C page
Do you offer any package deals or discounts for multiple bookings?
We do not offer discount for multiple bookings, all prices are listed per each trip on our website. However, we can offer a better price for large groups who are purchasing multiple excursions
How long do your excursions typically last?
All our trips which are listed on our website, got the time listed for each trip too. These can be between 2 hours up to 12 hours depending on what trip you’ll choose.
Are there any excursions that are particularly recommended for families with children?
Yes, most of our excursions are recommended for families with children but some of them got restrictions. Please read carefully the specifications for each trip listed on our website
Where do the excursions start and end?
Will start at your hotel or pick up point and will finish in the same place. As it is advertised for each trip, transportation is included with your trip (however few trips doesn’t have included the transportation but for a small fee this will be included with your trip – check every trip details about what is included/not included)
Is it possible to book last-minute excursions?
All our trips must be booked 24h in advance before excursion commence. This is mandatory because will give us time to prepare everything for your trip.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
No, you don’t have to pay a deposit. Our booking system will allow you to pay in full for your excursion at the time of booking. Just choose your date, package, number of guests per booking and than do the payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific services booked and the timeframe before departure. Also details about cancellation/rescheduling can be found on each trip or on our Policy which can be found under T&C page
Do you provide transportation to and from the hotel?
Yes, we do provide transportation to and from the hotel or pick up point
What should I bring with me on the excursion?
On all our trips listed on website, you’ll find recommendations about your question depending on the tipe of excursion you’ve choose
Are meals or refreshments included in the excursion?
Most of our excursion include lunch meal and soft / alcoholic drinks. Please read what is included/not included for each trip listed on our website
How can I contact customer service if I have questions before booking?
On our website on CONTACT page you’ll find all the details how to contact us, together with phone numbers. Also for each excursion listed on our website, at the bottom of each trip specifications, you can contact us by email specific for that excursion
Do you offer support in multiple languages?
We are offering support (through website contact channels) in English, Spanish and Romanian languages only but all our tour guide lieders are able to give you all the details during your trip in Spanish, English, French, German, Russian and other languages.
Do you have a live chat feature on your website for instant assistance?
Yes, we doo have. Please find the chat icon on bottom left hand side of the website page. We can communicate also through WhatsApp or iMessages (iPhones only)
Do you offer private tours or group discounts?
Yes, we do offer. Please get in touch with us to discuss your options and requirements
Are there any excursions designed for special occasions, like honeymoons or anniversaries?
These are not listed in our website, but yes we do offer excursions for special occasions like honeymoons, anniversaries or weddings on our catamarans. Please get in contact with us to discuss all the details

Do you offer any transportation from airport to hotel and / or return?
Yes indeed, we are offering airport private transfers one way or return from Punta Cana International Airport to your hotel, in Bavaro area and surrounds (Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Cabeza del Torro, Bayahibe, La Romana, Santo Domingo).
What kind of vehicle you’ve got and what capacity you’ve got for large groups?
We have in our fleet vehicles up to 5 people, mini vans, mini buses, regular buses and couches (50 seats), all based on the need for transportation of our client. All our vehicles are, clean, insured, very well maintained. If your group is bigger then 50 guests than we can supply more vehicles in the same time depend on the size of your group
